Hi,
For over two decades, I’ve been parachuted into some of the most complex, high-pressure IT environments on the planet — a mission-critical airline, a global biopharma company, an automotive network spanning five continents — and my job, every single time, has been the same: make sense of the chaos, build a plan people can actually follow, and deliver. Not with a magic wand, but with structure, honest conversations, and the hard-won instinct to know which problems to solve first. That journey has taken me from India to Australia, Switzerland, France, the USA, and now the UK — and somewhere along the way, I stopped counting the years and started counting the outcomes.
Outside of work, I think in first principles. I’ve never been comfortable with “that’s how we’ve always done it” as an answer — whether I’m redesigning a service delivery model, challenging a vendor’s assumptions, or trying to understand why a business is worth investing in. That same curiosity has built a parallel life as an investor, a STEM mentor for the next generation, and the founder of a primary school for underprivileged children in India. I believe the best work you do is the work that outlasts you..
